Location Cape Town Head Office (with regular travel to various hotels and lodges within the group portfolio) Salary R55 000 - R60 000 (Negotiable - depending on experience) Our client in the hospitality sector is currently seeking an experienced and driven professional for the role of Group Procurement Manager . Job Purpose The Group Procurement Manager will be responsible for supplier management, contract negotiation, procurement policy implementation, inventory optimisation, and driving operational efficiency across multiple hospitality properties. Key Responsibilities - Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Develop and implement group-wide procurement strategies Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards Source suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms Standardise purchasing processes across all properties Manage tender processes and supplier selection Monitor procurement budgets and expenditure Deliver annual procurement savings targets Analyse purchasing trends and recommend efficiency improvements Reduce waste through improved procurement practices Oversee cost of sales (COS) for all items across the group Experience Required 5-10 years' procurement experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry Experience managing multi-property or regional procurement operations Strong background in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation How to Apply To apply, please email your updated CV in Word format , along with a copy of your qualifications, ID, reference letters or contactable referees and a recent profile picture of yourself to
