Field Sales Agent

EUM, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Field Sales Agent at Krugersdorp / Pretoria, Gauteng.

Job Summary

This role involves promoting and selling funeral insurance products, generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Promote and sell funeral insurance products to new and existing clients
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Meet and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets
• Explain policy benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after policy sales

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• RE5 qualification (advantageous)
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or direct face to face sales (advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literacy and basic administrative skills
• Valid driver's license (Code 08) and own transport (advantageous)
