We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join a dynamic and fast-paced international call centre based in Cape Town CBD. • Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
• Resolve customer queries while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Accurately capture customer information on internal systems.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain product and process knowledge through ongoing training

Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and English passed

• Previous experience in one of the following:
  • Call Centre
  • Hospitality
  • Retail Customer Service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Computer literate with basic typing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude with a positive work ethic.
• Willingness to work shifts where required
