Warranty Clerk – Automotive Trade (Cape Town)

A well-established company in the automotive trade is looking for an experienced

Warranty Clerk to join their Service Department in Cape Town

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing manufacturer warranty and insurance claims, verifying job cards, maintaining accurate warranty records, reconciling payments, managing warranty parts, and ensuring full compliance with manufacturer policies and audit requirements.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). Valid Code 8 driver's licence. 2-3 years' Warranty Clerk experience in the automotive trade is essential. Experience with multi-franchise dealerships will be advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Kerridge/Evolve dealership management systems. Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and procedures. Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
