We are seeking a highly skilled and professionally registered engineer to join a dynamic consulting environment where innovation, technical excellence, and leadership are valued.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion.

POSITION INFO

Job Description: Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery Design and oversee HVAC, ventilation, wet services, and fire protection systems Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and performance standards Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success Conduct site visits, inspections, and attend project meetings as required Drive innovative engineering solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and project execution Strong experience in HVAC, ventilation, wet services, and fire protection systems Proven ability to lead projects independently from planning through implementation Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Strong project management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Willingness to travel for project-related activities and site visits Qualification: BTech, BEng, or BSc in Mechanical Engineering Professional registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (PR Eng) Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Engineering recruitment vacancies.
