RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team lead activities
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the team.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Resolve conflicts and address team issues.
- Act as single point of contact between the team and management.
- Communicate goals, expectations, and feedback clearly.
- Facilitate team meetings and discussions.
- Report on team progress and results to management.

- Work rotation spans over morning, evening, and weekend shifts, also on public holidays
- Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
- Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident & Change Management)
- Perform daily operations tasks and end user support
- Creation of pertinent test documentation
- Enable end user knowledge transfer and training
- Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 8 Years experience in IT/Devops environment
- Relevant IT degree/diploma
