ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Experience in building AI applications based on Large Language Models (prompt engineering, RAG pipelines,

embeddings, orchestration)

Experience in building complex AI Agents, ideally based on N8N or Service Now

Experience in using AI for DevOps, e.g. with GitHub CoPilot and MS 365 CoPilot

Experience in JavaScript is absolutely essential

Understanding and expertise in standard software development methodologies and patterns

Experience in big data engineering and management

Experience in integration with REST API, MCP, Event-driven systems (Kafka, message queues), Webhooks and

async processing

Experience with git and CI/CD pipelines

Experience in integrating complex business information and technical requirements

Experience with Agile methodology

Ability to conceptualize complex information, but also delve into the details when required

Always on the pulse of the latest technologies

Quickly able to pick up on new technologies and skills

Must be self-motivated and independent self-learner

Comprehends complex situations quickly

Excellent communication skills

Ability to relate to a variety of stakeholders at different organizational levels

Experience in Service Now Predictive Intelligence or Agent Studio

Experience in Service Now-based custom app development

Experience in Service Now Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Now Assist

Experience in enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) and with ITIL V4

Experience in the Common Service Data Model 5 (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal Designer, Themes and Widgets

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Building ambitious AI features that help to operate IT more efficiently

ServiceNow-based custom application development

Development in other agentic frameworks like N8N or custom AI framework

Review and streamline existing code

Conception and development of new features

Operations of existing features

Creating and updating documentation of user guides and guidelines including Operations manuals

Train the team on your features

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Fluent English-speaking, including Business reading and writing

Information Technology Qualification

Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT, specifically ServiceNow (not in just using it)

Team-Player (working in an international environment and team)

Ideally Service Now Certified Systems Administrator

Ideally Service Now Certified Application Developer
