Job Level: Operational
Reporting To: Training Manager
Job Specification
The Instructor must be highly knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess strong technical aptitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting students, monitoring their progress, and contributing to the overall development of the training programme.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Carpentry and Joinery.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in craftsmanship.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement technical training programmes in accordance with TVD and LOIC requirements.
- Determine course content in line with the objectives of LOIC and TVD.
- Ensure the availability of tools and equipment required for effective training.
- Attend scheduled training sessions and staff meetings.
- Observe and evaluate training programme outcomes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Instructor or LOIC Management.
