HR Analyst - Western Cape Contractor - CPT - CBD Job Summary We are seeking a diligent HR Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Manager , this role requires 2 - 4 years experience in Human Resources or Information Technology as an Analyst Duties and Responsibilities Collect, manage, and evaluate workforce data Transform metrics on turnover, recruitment, and performance Design and distribute employee engagement surveys Conduct exit interview surveys and Line discussions Analyze HR data and assist in decision-making process Collaborate with HR leadership on competitive remuneration reviews Skills and Qualifications Qualification Type: Undergraduate Degree Experience: 2 - 5 years in HR Data Analysis Skills: Advanced Excel, HR information systems, Tableau or PowerBi Preferred Experience In Workforce Planning HR Administration Business Analysis HR Analyst
