Reach Truck / Forklift Operator.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently in accordance with company and safety regulations.
• Load, unload, move, and stack pallets in designated storage locations.
• Retrieve stock from high-level racking for order picking and dispatch.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report defects or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure stock is handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control activities.
• Accurately record stock movements using warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements.
• Support receiving, storage, and dispatch operations as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 
• Valid Reach Truck / Forklift Operator License/Certificate.
• 1-3 years of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
