Warehouse Picker & Packer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick stock according to picking slips, scanner instructions, or customer orders.
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, batch numbers, and locations.
• Pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Ensure picked items are free from damage and meet quality standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trolleys, and scanners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors.
• Follow company health, safety, and warehouse procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• 2 - 3 years experience within the warehouse industry
• Clean criminal record
• Good communication Skills
