Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Store stock accurately in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders and production requirements according to picking slips.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure correct labelling and packaging.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock counts and stock takes.
• Ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO principles where applicable).
• Keep the warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Report damaged stock, shortages, or discrepancies to management.
• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12/ Matric
• Basic Computer Literacy in Microsoft and ERP Systems
• Tertiary qualification - Advantageous
• 1-2 Years’ experience in production, Manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience with picking, packing, receiving, and dispatch functions
• Forklift Licence Advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
