About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive for New Vehicles to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on driving sales of our extensive range of new vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of our dealership. This position is essential for generating leads, following up on inquiries, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of new vehicle models to prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Process sales transactions and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to assist customers in securing financing options.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market changes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to dealership policies and practices.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to enhance visibility and attract customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field with a track record of successful sales performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and understand customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dealership setting or automotive environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance processes.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or automotive training.
  • Bilingual skills are an advantage in providing enhanced customer service.
