Finance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a leading private equity firm, supporting both the Management Company and private equity fund structures.

Requirements include

• Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent professional designation.
• Minimum of 4 years' post-articles experience.
• Experience within Financial Services, Private Equity, Asset Management, Fund Administration, or a medium-sized corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Sound understanding of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Exposure to private equity fund accounting, NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting will be highly advantageous.
• Experience coordinating audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exposure to AI tools will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
