Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP)

Tiny Babbles Speech Therapy, Inc.

Tiny Babbles Speech Therapy is looking for speech-language pathologists who are passionate about pediatric therapy and share our neurodiversity-affirming philosophy. We're a founder-led practice in Murrieta, CA serving families across Southwest Riverside County through in-clinic, in-home, and teletherapy services.

We're not a mill. Our caseloads are manageable, our team supports each other, and our founder Alyssa is actively involved in mentorship and clinical development. Whether you're a seasoned CCC-SLP or a Clinical Fellow looking for a strong CF experience, this is a place where you can grow, learn, and do work that matters.

What We Offer

  • Manageable Caseloads: We prioritize quality over volume so you can give every child the attention they deserve.
  • Mentorship & Clinical Support: Regular supervision, case collaboration, and access to specialized training — including PROMPT, NLA, and AAC.
  • Neurodiversity-Affirming Culture: We practice what we preach. Our team is trained in strengths-based, affirming approaches.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Full-time and part-time positions with clinic, in-home, and teletherapy options.
  • Continuing Education Support: We invest in your growth — conference attendance, specialized certifications, and ongoing professional development.
  • CF Supervision: If you're completing your Clinical Fellowship, you'll receive structured mentorship from experienced CCC-SLPs.
  • A Team That Actually Likes Each Other: Read our Google reviews — parents notice our culture because it shows up in the therapy room.

Who It’s For

This Role Is a Great Fit If You

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and are CCC-SLP certified or completing your Clinical Fellowship.
  • Are licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of California.
  • Are passionate about pediatric therapy and working with children birth through adolescence.
  • Believe in neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practice.
  • Value collaboration with families and see parent coaching as essential to outcomes.
  • Want to work in a small, close-knit practice — not a corporate therapy factory.
  • Have experience or interest in any of: early intervention, CAS, gestalt language processing, AAC, or pediatric feeding.
