About the Role
One to One by Martin Döller is an internationally awarded experiential lighting company. You’ll work along side the head of our bespoke lighting division. supporting the design and production of custom feature lights and signature installations that have been recognised on international stages.
This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of design, production, and technical execution. You'll work closely with our creative and production teams - from concept through to factory floor.
What You'll Do
- Create detailed 3D component drawings using Autodesk Fusion (essential)
- Assist with product R&D and the design of new lighting pieces
- Interpret and work from technical drawings across multiple stages of production
- Prepare cutting lists and support factory operations
- Assist with prototype and sample construction in our workshop
- Draft and maintain job cards for production
- Write installation and user manuals for our product range
- Support project planning and coordination across the studio
- Attend on-site work when required
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 - this is non-negotiable
- A relevant qualification in industrial design, product design, or similar
- Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable moving between digital design and physical making
- A collaborative, curious approach - we work across disciplines daily
- Interest in lighting, materials, and craftsmanship is a genuine advantage
