The ideal candidate is an aggressive business development hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new business. This role is suited to a strong sales go-getter and is not intended for candidates who prefer account management, client nurturing, or focusing primarily on up-selling and cross-selling existing customers.
We offer a market-related basic salary, company benefits, and an aggressive uncapped commission structure, including lucrative bulk sales incentives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and secure new B2B commercial customers by presenting Cartrack's value proposition and demonstrating a clear return on investment (ROI).
- Achieve and exceed new business sales and revenue targets within your designated territory.
- Engage with executive-level decision-makers to secure new business opportunities and close high-value commercial deals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Cartrack's full fleet solution and value-added products and services to effectively position the complete offering.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Previous Sales Experience
- Target Driven
- Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
- Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
- High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
- Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
- CRM applied experience
