Digital Finance Lead | CA(SA) | Sandton Are you passionate about using technology to transform Finance? We're partnering with a market-leading organisation in a highly regulated, innovation-driven industry that is investing heavily in digital capability. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Finance through systems, data and automation. This is an opportunity to build and lead Digital Finance initiatives that improve reporting, decision-making, efficiency and business insight across the finance function. Key responsibilities include: Drive Finance digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead optimisation of SAP Finance and related systems. Partner with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions. Build and enhance management reporting, dashboards and analytics using modern BI tools. Improve financial processes through automation and workflow optimisation. Support planning, budgeting and forecasting systems. Ensure data integrity, governance and reporting standards across Finance. Evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve finance operations and decision-making. Lead finance systems projects, upgrades, integrations and user adoption. Develop a roadmap for Finance technology that aligns with business strategy. We're looking for: CA(SA), CIMA or equivalent Finance qualification. Proven experience in Digital Finance, Finance Transformation or Finance Systems. Strong SAP Finance knowledge (essential). Experience with Power BI, reporting and analytics. Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics exposure will be advantageous. Candidates from the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, FMCG or financial services sectors are encouraged to apply.
