An electrical engineering firm is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations and drive excellence across our medium and low-voltage switchgear manufacturing and engineering activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive technical expertise and proven operational leadership within the electrical engineering industry. Key Requirements: ✔️ 15+ years' experience in the MV Switchgear industry ✔️ Extensive experience with Protection Systems ✔️ Strong knowledge of LV Switchboard Assembly Design ✔️ Demonstrated leadership and operational management experience ✔️ Excellent planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills ✔️ Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily operational activities Manage production, engineering and project delivery teams Ensure compliance with quality, safety and industry standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives Manage resources, budgets and operational performance Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders Please send your cv to
