POSITION INFO

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in modern software engineering and AI-assisted development practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using React, C#, .NET, and PostgreSQL. Beyond traditional software development skills, the ideal candidate must be proficient in leveraging AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar AI-assisted engineering platforms to improve productivity, code quality, and solution delivery. This role is suited for a developer who embraces the future of software engineering, combining deep technical expertise with AI-enhanced development workflows. What you'll do: Solution Design & Development Design and develop scalable web applications using React and modern front-end frameworks. Build secure, maintainable, and high-performance APIs using C# and .NET 8+. Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases. Develop reusable components, services, and libraries. Implement modern architectural patterns including: Clean Architecture Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Event-Driven Architectures Microservices (where appropriate) AI-Assisted Software Engineering Utilize AI development tools such as: GitHub Copilot Microsoft Copilot Claude Code Cursor AI ChatGPT Enterprise (where approved) Use AI tools for: Code generation Refactoring Documentation generation Test development Troubleshooting and debugging Architectural analysis Create and maintain effective prompts and AI workflows. Evaluate AI-generated code for security, performance, maintainability, and compliance. Contribute to the organization's AI Engineering standards and best practices. Cloud & DevOps Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Deploy applications to cloud environments (Azure preferred). Implement Infrastructure-as-Code principles. Monitor application performance and reliability. Ensure deployment automation and operational excellence. Quality Engineering Write comprehensive automated tests. Conduct peer code reviews. Ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices. Implement application monitoring and logging. Leadership & Mentoring Mentor junior and intermediate developers. Promote AI-enabled development practices across teams. Participate in architecture reviews and technical governance. Contribute to technical community discussions and innovation initiatives.
