SUMMARY

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Design and architect enterprise-scale Azure data platforms and modern data lake environments. Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-based data solutions. Lead enterprise data modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy platforms. Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business requirements. Implement robust data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including POPIA and GDPR. Build and optimize enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and Azure technologies. Support application integration across Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams. Drive DevOps best practices through CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Azure Data Factory automation. Monitor, optimise, and maintain enterprise ETL pipelines and cloud data environments. Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Mentor technical teams and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
