Take ownership of driving new business growth by selling end-to-end fleet and mobility solutions that deliver real ROI. You will identify and win new B2B clients, engage with executive-level decision-makers, and generate revenue through strategic, value-based sales while consistently exceeding ambitious targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven SaaS and fleet environment.

The ideal candidate is an aggressive business development hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new business. This role is suited to a strong sales go-getter and is not intended for candidates who prefer account management, client nurturing, or focusing primarily on up-selling and cross-selling existing customers.

We offer a market-related basic salary, company benefits, and an aggressive uncapped commission structure, including lucrative bulk sales incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and secure new B2B commercial customers by presenting Cartrack's value proposition and demonstrating a clear return on investment (ROI).
  • Achieve and exceed new business sales and revenue targets within your designated territory.
  • Engage with executive-level decision-makers to secure new business opportunities and close high-value commercial deals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Cartrack's full fleet solution and value-added products and services to effectively position the complete offering.

Minimum requirements

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
  • Previous Sales Experience
  • Target Driven
  • Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
  • Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
  • High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
  • Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
  • CRM applied experience
