About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative specializing in used vehicles for our Isuzu dealership in Vereeniging. In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our inventory of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring a positive buying experience for clients while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Showcase and demonstrate a range of used Isuzu vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and financing options, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and market trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for used vehicle sales.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Isuzu vehicles or knowledge of the automotive market.
  • Relevant sales certifications or training in automotive sales.
  • Familiarity with financing and insurance products related to vehicle sales.
  • Bilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing customer engagement.
