TruHome is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Head of Recruitment to help us attract, recruit, and onboard top real estate talent across South Africa.

This role is for someone who knows how to find people, start conversations, build relationships, and turn interest into action.

We’re not looking for someone to simply “post jobs.”

We’re looking for someone who can build a recruitment machine.

You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential real estate agents, managing recruitment pipelines, setting appointments, following up consistently, and helping us grow TruHome into one of South Africa’s most exciting real estate platforms.

R10,000 basic salary
