About The Role
As we prepare to open the doors to Le Parc by tashas in Mouille Point, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring
FOH Manager to join our opening leadership team.
At Le Parc, exceptional hospitality is built on genuine connections, attention to detail and seamless service. As our FOH Manager, you will lead the Front of House team, ensuring every guest enjoys an experience that is warm, refined and memorable. Working closely with the General Manager and Head Chef, you will create an environment where operational excellence, strong leadership and outstanding hospitality come together every day.

You will lead the Front of House team with confidence and care, creating a culture where people thrive, service is exceptional and every guest leaves wanting to return.
By coaching your team, maintaining operational excellence and leading by example, you will play a key role in the success of Le Parc by tashas.
What You'll Be Doing
Leadership & Operations
- Lead the day-to-day Front of House operation, ensuring smooth, efficient and consistent service.
- Support the General Manager in delivering operational excellence across every shift.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, daily operational readiness and venue presentation.
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling to ensure effective team coverage.
- Ensure stock levels, operational supplies and daily Front of House requirements are maintained.
- Review daily operations, identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions proactively.
- Ensure accurate completion of operational reports, maintenance requests and daily checklists.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by setting the standard for professional, engaging and personalised service.
- Lead the team in creating memorable guest experiences from arrival through to departure.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.
- Build lasting relationships with regular guests while fostering a welcoming environment for every visitor.
- Support service during busy periods, leading from the floor and ensuring seamless coordination between the Front and Back of House teams.
People Leadership
- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing Front of House team.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
- Conduct regular coaching conversations and provide ongoing feedback to encourage growth.
- Foster a culture built on accountability, collaboration, respect and continuous improvement.
- Motivate the team to consistently deliver excellence while living the values of the Tashas Group.
Quality & Brand Standards
- Ensure every aspect of the guest experience reflects the standards and philosophy of Le Parc by tashas.
- Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
- Uphold service standards, operational procedures and brand expectations consistently.
- Champion our commitment to exceptional food, beautiful environments and engaging service.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Monitor venue cleanliness, safety procedures and operational compliance.
- Complete daily health and safety checks and ensure corrective actions are implemented where necessary.
- Promote a safe, organised and professional working environment for both guests and team members.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, FOH Manager or Restaurant Manager within a premium hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Outstanding guest service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong operational knowledge of restaurant service and Front of House management.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence managing busy service periods while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Computer literacy and experience with restaurant POS systems.
- A positive, approachable and inspiring leadership style.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
