Eduvos is looking to hire the services of a Human Resource Business Partner, to be based at our Eduvos Midrand (Gauteng) campus on a permanent basis.

The Position
We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR business partner support services to Eduvos senior line managers with the focus on HR implementation support, capacity building and governance with a special focus on ER / IR.
This role will report to the Head of HR.
Minimum requirements
- A relevant HR or Industrial Psychology Honours qualification
- A masters degree in HR or Industrial Psychology will be preferable
- A qualification in Labour Law and experience in ER / LR will be preferable
- At least 5 years’ HR generalist work experience in a professional human resources business partnering (non-administrative) role

- Organisation development support.
- Organogram and roles.
- Culture and climate.
- Change management.
- Employee wellness.
- Employee advocate - first point of call for all HR related issues.
- Labour relations support.
- Compiling monthly HR reports.

- Good knowledge and know-how of full talent management employee life cycle.
- Broad knowledge as a generalist on all HR practices within a mid to large corporate.
