. Receive all incoming samples.

. Verify sample information (request form).

. Log incoming samples in logbook and LIMS according to sample information.

. Prepare samples for chemical analysis (dry, split, weigh, and mill).

. Prepare XRF pellets.

. Perform moisture and particle size distribution determination (sieve analysis).

. Maintain continuous improvement of the quality management system.

. Participate in safety meetings.

. Report all sample preparation data on excel.

. Handling of gases.

. Perform all sample preparation related tasks as per the job profile.

. Grade 12.

. A minimum of two (2) years’ laboratory working experience.

. A minimum of one (1) year working experience in the mining industry.

. Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).

. Medically fit to work on surface and heights.
