IT Support Technician (Tier 1 – Tier 2) Location: Germiston, Gauteng Salary: Around R20,000 per month, depending on experience

POSITION INFO

Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician (Tier 1 - Tier 2) to join their team. The successful candidate will provide first- and second-line technical support to end users and assist with maintaining the company''s IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide Windows 10 & 11 support Desktop and laptop setup, maintenance and troubleshooting End-user technical support Install and configure network printers Basic network cabling Active Directory user administration Application support Mobile device support Basic CCTV support Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues Deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance Minimum Requirements A+ Certification N+ Certification 1-2 years'' experience in desktop/end-user support Own reliable transport Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Germiston Eager to learn, develop new skills and work well within a team If you are passionate about IT support and are looking to grow your career in a dynamic environment, we''d love to hear from you.
