Where You'll Make an Impact: Source and attract high-caliber candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting. Manage job advertisements and postings across multiple recruitment platforms to reach a broad talent pool. Conduct comprehensive screening of CVs and undertake telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews. Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit to meet client specifications. Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, facilitating smooth interview processes. Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates. Conduct reference checks, verify qualifications, and perform background screening where necessary. Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, maintaining long-term relationships. Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Achieve set recruitment targets and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates. Provide consistent updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Stay updated with industry trends and labour market developments to inform sourcing strategies. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience. Strong assessment, interviewing, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Nice to Have: Familiarity with the Recruitment industry in South Africa. Knowledge of current labour laws and industry regulations. What We'll Give You: A competitive basic salary ranging from R12,000 to R15,000 per month. The opportunity to work onsite in Gauteng, Edenvale within a dynamic and supportive environment.
