An opportunity is available for an experienced Office Administrator to manage payroll, BIBC administration, employee records, and general office administration. The role includes processing weekly wages, ensuring compliance with BIBC regulations, maintaining personnel records, assisting with finance administration, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Payroll or Office Administration qualification advantageous Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role Minimum 2 years' BIBC experience (essential) Experience processing weekly or fortnightly payroll Experience in the Glass & Aluminium, Construction, or Building industry preferred Strong knowledge of BIBC regulations, payroll, and South African labour legislation Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications Valid driver's licence (advantageous).
