You Bring

• 1-2 years Operations admin/support experience is preferred

What You’ll Do For The Brand

Campaign & Marketing Support

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Support the team with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
• Responsible for setting up and coordinating campaign draws
• Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to brand guidelines

Content Creation & Digital Support

• Assist with drafting basic marketing content, including:
• Social media posts
• Website updates
• Promotional copy
• Support content updates on digital platforms
• Help maintain consistency in messaging across channels

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct basic market and competitor research (including betting/gaming trends)
• Assist in gathering customer insights and engagement data
• Support reporting on campaign performance metrics

Administrative & Operational Support

• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team
• Assist in maintaining marketing calendars, trackers, and documentation
• Support coordination between different teams (creative, product, operations)
• Support in ordering of marketing material and replenishment of stock

Brand & Compliance Support

• Ensure all content aligns with the Hollywoodbets brand voice and guidelines
• Assist in checking that marketing content meets compliance and responsible gaming standards
