Finishing Foreman - Building

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION FINISHING FOREMAN

KZN

Core Duties:-

Manage and coordinate all finishing work internally on buildings.

Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors.

Oversee the complete process on ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.

Ensure painting, ceilings, carpets, tiling, plugs, and other finishing elements are completed correctly and to specification.

5–10 years' relevant experience in construction finishes or interior finishing preferrable. NQF Level 6 in Building Construction would be advantageous.

Experience with snagging and closing out Building projects.

Please note that this is specifically for building works NOT civil works. Strong practical knowledge of accuracy and quality finishing.
