POSITION INFO

Duties & Responsibilities Successful candidates may be responsible for: Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls accurately and timeously Ensuring compliance with BCEA, SARS, UIF, SDL, and other statutory requirements Managing payroll inputs, deductions, leave, overtime, allowances, and benefits Reconciling payroll reports and preparing payroll journals Handling employee payroll queries and providing excellent customer service Generating payslips, tax certificates, and management reports Maintaining payroll records and employee information Assisting with audits and payroll-related compliance activities Working with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll administration Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 / Matric Payroll qualification or relevant tertiary qualification advantageous Minimum 3 - 5 years' payroll administration experience Experience working on payroll systems such as Sage VIP, Payspace, SimplePay, SAP Payroll, Workday or similar Strong understanding of South African payroll legislation and statutory requirements High attention to detail and numerical accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills Payroll processing Payroll reconciliations Tax and statutory submissions Payroll reporting Data capturing and administration Employee record management Compliance and governance Interested?
