SUMMARY

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on construction machinery and heavy equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, and transmission-related faults. Provide on-site field service support, including emergency breakdown assistance and scheduled maintenance. Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and after-sales technical support. Complete routine maintenance and prepare accurate service reports. Identify required spare parts and assist with parts ordering and replacement recommendations. Read and interpret technical manuals, service documentation, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogues. Communicate technical findings and repair recommendations to customers, management, and internal teams. Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards. Provide customers with basic equipment operation guidance and maintenance recommendations where required. Maintain tools, diagnostic equipment, and service records in good working order.
