SUMMARY

A leading luxury hospitality and travel collective is seeking an experienced Intermediate Sales Executive / Account Manager to join its dynamic sales team.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for travel and hospitality who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and representing an exceptional portfolio of luxury lodges, hotels, and travel experiences across Southern Africa.

POSITION INFO

REQUIREMENT: RSA ID and legal residence essential Valid passport essential Valid Driver's License and own reliable transport essential Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field advantageous Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales, account management, hospitality, or the travel industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Existing network within the luxury travel, tourism, or hospitality industry advantageous Passion for African travel and hospitality Highly organised with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international travel KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts Develop strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and industry partners Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales initiatives Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and tailored travel solutions Negotiate commercial agreements and client contracts Collaborate with Reservations, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure exceptional client experiences Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts and pipeline reports Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, client meetings, and site inspections Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative sales culture PACKAGE: Gross Salary: R35,000 per month Fuel Allowance Cellphone Allowance Discovery Medical Aid contribution (company contribution applicable to Discovery Medical Aid only) LOCATION: Johannesburg - Gauteng APPLY NOW: Please click on the link below and upload your CV (4MB or smaller)
