SUMMARY

This position is suitable for a person who has a passion for customer service, can build strong relationships, and would like to make a meaningful difference in clients' health and financial planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to individuals, families and businesses regarding medical aid, gap coverage and related healthcare solutions.

POSITION INFO

Minimum requirements: Matric Previous experience in medical schemes, health insurance, gap cover or financial advice would be advantageous Good knowledge of medical aid options and related healthcare products would be a strong recommendation Excellent communication, marketing and customer service skills Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to work independently and build long-term client relationships RE5 and/or relevant industry qualifications would be advantageous A valid driver's license and own transportation are required, as the position involves customer service within the relevant areas. Main responsibilities: Provide professional advice to clients regarding suitable medical aid and gap coverage options Identify and analyze client needs to recommend appropriate solutions Support clients with new applications, amendments, inquiries and annual plan reviews Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients Develop and serve a client base in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town and the Boland Ensure that all advice, administration and customer service is delivered in accordance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements and internal processes Stay up to date with changes in medical schemes, benefits, gap cover and relevant products
