Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot die Graan afdeling
Minimum Vereistes
- Graad 12 met rekeningkunde;
- 1 jaar administratiewe ondervinding verkieslik in ‘n rekeningkundige omgewing.
Vaardighede
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office met spesifieke klem op Excel);
- Goeie interpersoonlike en konflik hanterings- vaardighede;
- Syfervaardigheid, noukeurigheid en akkuraatheid essensieel;
- Moet onafhanklik en onder druk kan funksioneer;
- Goeie organisasie en prioritiserings- vermoë.
Verantwoordelikhede
- Byhou van administrasie en verwerking van data;
- Hou kontrole oor voorraad;
- Fakturering;
- Vordering op betalings.

Main purpose of the position
The effective handling of all administrative tasks with regards to the Grain division
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with accounting;
- 1 year’s experience in an administrative position preferably in an accounting environment
Skills
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office with a strong emphasis on Excel);
- Good interpersonal and conflict handling skills;
- Good numerical ability as well as the ability to work meticulously and pay attention to detail;
- Must be able to function independently and cope under pressure;
- Good organisation and prioritising abilities.
Responsibilities
- Processing of data and handling of administration;
- Stock Control;
- Invoicing;
- Follow up on payments.
