We Are Hiring x2 – CCTV Surveillance Supervisors

Professional Risk & Asset Management is expanding its control room capability and is looking for TWO experienced CCTV Surveillance Supervisors to join our operational team in the Roodepoort area.

This is not a passive monitoring role. It is a frontline decision-making position where awareness, speed, and leadership directly impact operational security and risk outcomes.

Role Overview

As a CCTV Surveillance Supervisor, you will lead a control room team responsible for real-time monitoring, incident detection, escalation, and coordinated response across key operational environments.

You will be accountable for ensuring precision monitoring, disciplined control room operations, and effective incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise live CCTV monitoring across multiple sites
• Lead and manage CCTV operators across shifts
• Detect, verify, and escalate security incidents in real time
• Coordinate response with security teams and emergency services
• Maintain accurate incident logs and reporting
• Oversee control room discipline and shift handovers
• Monitor system performance and report faults
• Support investigations through footage analysis
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, PSIRA requirements, and internal standards

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• PSIRA Grade B or higher (preferred)
• 3–5 years' CCTV / control room experience
• 1–2 years' supervisory experience (or strong leadership exposure)
• Strong understanding of CCTV and control room systems
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting ability
