This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. The successful candidate must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work independently while remaining an active member of our collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

As our Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Capturing and maintaining accurate client information on company systems.
  • Documenting procedures and updating internal knowledge bases.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Processing cancellations accurately and ensuring all related actions are completed.
  • Managing purchasing and inventory control.
  • Creating invoices as required.
  • Obtaining order numbers for standard applications.
  • Resolving client tickets relating to LTE and Fibre installations, transfers, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, migrations, conversions, and outdoor transfers.
  • Coordinating installations, cancellations, and service changes with third-party providers.
  • Management of domain registrations, renewals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and continuity of services.
  • Managing and coordinating VoIP number porting activities, including service provisioning, migrations, and the cancellation of VoIP/3CX services in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Identifying training and performance gaps within the department.
  • Providing on-the-job training and support to team members.
  • Ordering hardware and equipment as required.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory sheets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • At least 1 year's experience in an administrative role.
  • Extensive experience interacting with clients telephonically.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
  • Experience within the ICT industry will be advantageous.
  • A PA, Secretarial, or Administrative qualification will be beneficial.
