Yacht.Vacations is a US-based luxury yacht charter brokerage. We connect American clients with crewed yacht experiences in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. Our clients arrive ready to spend. Your job is to understand what they want, match them to the right experience, and close.

We will teach you everything about yachts. You bring the ability to sell.

What the role looks like

You will work from our Stellenbosch office, handling inbound enquiries from clients actively looking to book. You qualify them, build rapport, present tailored options, and guide them to a decision. Who you are

Minimum 2 years in consultative, high-value sales in property, financial services, or premium B2C. You are self-driven, curious about people, and you follow through on every lead without being chased. You think like a business owner, you take responsibility for your results, and you are comfortable being

measured on performance.

Exceptional written and spoken English is a non-negotiable requirement. You will be communicating daily with discerning American clients, and your language is part of the product.

Practical requirements

  • Based in Stellenbosch, Somerset West, or nearby
  • Reliable transport
  • Available Monday to Friday, 3pm to midnight
  • Own a laptop and a headset suitable for professional calls
