Duties: Achieve and surpass sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, while preparing comprehensive sales reports and forecasts. Maintain and update the sales plan and all product literature on commercial vehicles. Build and sustain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Support cross-functional teams and business initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. Prospect, prepare quotes, and close sales with new and existing customers. Identify potential clients proactively and maintain ongoing contact to promote product offerings. Respond promptly to sales inquiries and deliver compelling product presentations at conferences, client sites, and exhibitions. Meet or exceed annual sales goals. Manage the company’s contact database with accurate and current contact and activity details. Generate monthly sales reports and provide feedback on customer insights to enhance product and service delivery. Facilitate internal communication between Sales and Business Development teams. Motivate sales staff through effective leadership and market data sharing. Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently. Monitor competitor activity and identify business threats and opportunities. Requirements: 5 to 8 years of experience in automotive sales. Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively with teams and clients. Proficient in relevant skills including negotiation and data analysis. Code 14 PDP Nice to Have: Knowledge of R programming language. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
