We need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who owns the full employee journey, from the moment a role opens to the moment a new hire is thriving, and through to when someone moves on. We need someone who finds great people, makes them feel incredibly welcome, and handles every departure with the exact same care as every hire.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the Journey: Manage end-to-end recruitment from job brief and role scoping to the final offer.
  • Welcome the Talent: Partner with department heads to design and deliver killer onboarding programmes that get new hires thriving.
  • Keep it Tight: Handle the essentials smoothly—from structured interviewing to compliance, contracts, and background checks.
  • Manage the Exits: Lead offboarding processes and exit interviews with the utmost professionalism and care.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or an HR generalist role with a heavy focus on hiring (ideally in a fast-paced or scale up environment).
  • A qualification: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Human-first skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build structured, fair candidate assessments.
  • Tech fluency: High comfort level using Google Workspace/MS 365, and an interest in using data to improve how we hire.

Bonus points for: Experience in Tech/SaaS recruiting, using an ATS.
