Sales Consultant - Firearms and Optics

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Consultant – Firearms and Optics to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, deliver expert product advice, and drive sales within our Firearms and Optics Division.

• Sell firearms, optics, ammunition, and related accessories.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable firearm legislation and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and showroom presentation.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and legislative changes.

• 3–5 years' knowledge and experience in the firearms and optics industry.
• CTT qualification or equivalent industry training.
• Previous sales experience in the firearms, hunting, outdoor, or sporting goods industry will be advantageous.
• Valid firearm competency certificate, or proof that a competency application has been submitted to the South African Police Service (SAPS).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
