1277 Full Stack Developer- ServiceNow, Shell, Pearl, JavaScript

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Advanced) to join a dynamic global IT environment focused on enterprise software development, IT Service Management, and continuous digital transformation. This role is ideal for a developer with strong programming expertise, experience working within Agile environments, and the ability to integrate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, provide application support, develop new functionality, and collaborate with international stakeholders while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience in Shell, Pearl, JavaScript or a higher programming language e.g. Java (4 years+)
• Understanding and expertise in standard software development methodologies and patterns
• Experience in integrating complex business information and technical requirements
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Team Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS

• ServiceNow knowledge and experience (3 years+) in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) & Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Platforms
• Experience and implementation of ITIL v4
• Ability to conceptualize complex information and perform detailed analysis when required
• Experience with the Agile Methodology
• Understanding and implementing automation to increase efficiency and handle repetitive tasks
• Balancing technical skills with business acumen to align IT goals with business objectives
• Building and maintaining strong relationships between IT and the business
• Excelling in clear communication and working well with teams across the organization
• Being able to identify, analyse, and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills at senior engagement levels
• Ability to relate and interact with a variety of stakeholders at different organisational levels internationally

• Support migration, transformation and continuous enhancement of the Inter-company IT Cost Charging model in ServiceNow
• Continuous enhancement of enterprise solutions in ServiceNow
• 2nd and 3rd Level Support for ServiceNow
• Develop enhancements defined in business and IT user stories
• Responsible for all required documentation including Operations Manuals, security documentation, test concepts and related technical documentation
• Perform IT testing
• Create and update user guides, guidelines and operational documentation
• Submit, update and maintain knowledge articles related to supported services
• Support IT governance and audit requirements to maintain compliance and operational integrity
• Interact with IT service consumers, suppliers and users to maintain service quality and manage stakeholder relationships

• Fluent English speaking, including business reading and writing
• Proven programming skills and experience of 4+ years (Shell, Pearl, JavaScript or a higher programming language)
• Information Technology qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate)
• Minimum 4 years' working experience in IT
