POSITION INFO

SHIFT SUPERVISOR with N6/Diploma OR Degree in Mechanical, Electrical OR Mechatronics Engineering * Minimum 5 Years' experience in a Pulp & Paper/Tissue OR FMCG Industry * Supervisor Development Program - An Advantage RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise & Lead a Team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers * Ensure smooth Operations & Production Processes during assigned Shifts * Oversee Maintenance activities * Troubleshoot any Technical issues * Co-ordinate with other Departments to optimize workflow * Willing to Work Overtime, Weekends & Public Holidays, if and when required
