As we grow, our clients need more love. They need a guide, a champion, and occasionally, someone to gently remind them where the "share" button is. That’s where you come in. We need a Junior Account Manager who is ready to learn fast, laugh a lot, and keep our clients obsessed with us.
What you’ll do:
- Own the Handover: Take the reins from the sales team and guide new B2B clients through their early journey.
- Run the Show: Lead training sessions that make clients feel confident using our tech.
- Coordinate & Drive: Partner with internal teams to make sure launch dates are hit without a hitch.
- Track Early Success: Keep a close eye on initial usage so no client slips through the cracks.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or junior account/CS roles (ideally B2B or digital).
- Confidence on stage: You love presenting and running engaging training sessions.
- Tech fluency: You know your way around a CRM and stay organised juggling multiple moving parts.
- Bonus points for HR Tech exposure
