Internship: People Management for unemployed graduates living with a disability

Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the People Management Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 23. The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa
Work based exposure may include the following
- Compiling Adverts using the relevant job profile and approved Memo
- Posting Adverts on success factors (eRecruitment System)
- Reviewing applications to ensure applicants meet the requirements (Screening)
- Coordinate assessments of the screened candidates.
- Organize shortlisting declaration forms and ensure that these are uploaded on eRecruitment system.
- Prepare for interviews, booking venue, invite candidates by sending emails, interview schedules.
- Draft appointment letters for the recommended candidates, compile score sheets, targeted selection and upload all interview documents on the system.
- Coordinate induction and ensure all induction registers are forwarded to Learning and Development
- Updating and maintaining the filing systems, daily archiving, files as appropriate e.g. disciplinary records, training records etc.
- Scanning and uploading new files on the system.
- Request and collecting of off-site files
- Filing of and safe keeping of departmental documents
- Ensure exit forms are fully completed by the employee resigning.
- Uploading termination files on HR share folder.
- Providing data capturing services
- Leave capturing on ESS (when necessary).
- Prepare new employee engagement forms.
- Requesting supporting documents for new engagements.
- Upload all salary input documents on eRecruitment system
Qualifications and other Requirements
- Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- B degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy of Academic transcript
- Your CV and motivational letter

Remuneration
The interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.
