Job Purpose

  • To support revenue management decision-making through accurate, insightful dashboards, reports and analytical solutions.
  • The role is responsible for improving reporting efficiency through automation, ensuring data accuracy through effective reconciliation across platforms, and partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, value-adding business intelligence solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards, management information reports and business intelligence solutions that support revenue management and operational decision-making.
  • Extract, transform, reconcile and validate data from multiple systems and platforms to ensure accuracy, completeness and reliability of reporting outputs.
  • Analyse revenue, operational and performance trends to identify insights, risks, opportunities and areas for business improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into clear reporting specifications, analytical models and practical BI solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Automate manual reporting processes and improve data workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency and turnaround times.
  • Prepare clear analytical commentary, presentations and insights for business stakeholders, leadership forums and performance review discussions.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships by providing reporting support, responding to data queries and advising on the interpretation of insights.
  • Support data governance by documenting reporting logic, data definitions, assumptions and controls to promote consistency and audit readiness.
