Key Responsibilities: Build intelligent voice journeys and conversational experiences Create AI-powered voice agents that sound natural, helpful, and fast Design and optimize customer interactions to improve satisfaction and automation rates Fine-tune voice quality, response times, and overall user experience Continuously improve performance through data and analytics Build virtual assistants across voice and digital channels Develop prompt strategies and knowledge-grounding frameworks Work with leading LLM technologies and AI orchestration tools Implement safeguards, escalation paths, and quality controls Measure and improve AI performance, accuracy, and customer outcomes Connect AI solutions with business systems and customer platforms Build robust API integrations and automated workflows Ensure customer-facing systems are scalable, reliable, and resilient Create solutions that make life easier for customers and internal teams alike Develop AI-driven insights around customer interactions Automate quality assurance and compliance monitoring Use data to improve experiences, operational efficiency, and business outcomes Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum 5+ years in software engineering, AI engineering, or related technical roles. Experience building and deploying conversational AI solutions in real-world environments. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and AI evaluation. Experience with voice technologies, telephony platforms, or contact centre technology. Knowledge of APIs, integrations, event-driven systems, and automation tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer engagement technologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
