Fund Operations Administrator

At Fedgroup, we're passionate about investing in innovative solutions that create lasting impact. We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Fund Operations Administrator to join our Alternate Asset Management team and support the administration of our growing renewable energy portfolio.

In this role, you'll ensure operational accuracy, regulatory compliance and exceptional client service while supporting the day-to-day administration of renewable energy assets.

What You'll Do

• Support the administration and onboarding of renewable energy assets
• Maintain accurate client, financial and operational records
• Assist with treasury processes, reconciliations, cashbook administration and payment processing
• Prepare monthly fund, arrears and performance reports
• Liaise with clients, attorneys and internal stakeholders while providing excellent service
• Monitor site performance and follow up on operational issues
• Support governance, compliance and insurance administration
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

What You'll Bring

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-4 years' experience in financial, fund or asset administration
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with reconciliations, reporting and cashbook administration
• Experience in renewable energy, alternative investments or property funds
